Fresh out of college in the summer of 94', Stephen Wirth took a job bartending at newly opened Digger O'Dell's. He relaunch the establishment as Digger's Ales and Eats in 2005 with his wife Chéri. Together with their amazing staff family they strive to leave an impression. Chef James Liszanckie heads the kitchen with an elevated and eclectic gastro pub menu.
